• As the ACD/Innovation Design Director at Sterling-Rice Group, I played an important role as a key creative thinker and designer for brand and product innovation. Facilitating and leading ideation sessions, creating prototypes for testing, and interviewing customers in the field to gain insights on innovation opportunities were just some of the tasks I fulfilled.

I’ve innovated for a multitude of well-known brands like Cheetos, Cracker Jack, Doritos, Frito-Lay, Hershey’s, Pepsi, Purina, Quaker Oats, Snap-On Tools, and Sbarro. I’ve taken product ideas to the next level by creating branded visual concepts for BASES testing, observing focus groups, and interviewing consumers in their homes and workplaces across the U.S. and Canada.

After observing the inhibitive effects of Group Think on concept voting during ideations, I worked with a developer to create an app that allowed for anonymous voting as well as remote/offsite participation in the voting process. Goodbye sticky dots!
